Sharing a specification with your team
You can share a specification with people inside your workspace or outside it. Internal sharing is for collaboration; external sharing is for collecting supplier responses.
Opening the share dialog
From the specification editor or the comparison table, click the Share icon in the bottom toolbar. The Share dialog has two tabs: Share Project and Request Answers.
Share Project
The Share Project tab adds people from your team to the specification. They can view, edit, or comment depending on the role you assign. Shared team members see your scores, weights, and overrides.
Request Answers
The Request Answers tab sends a private link to a supplier or service provider. They answer the requirements but don't see your scores, weights, or the AI's analysis. Procright also generates a shareable link you can send through your own channel.
When to use which
Use Share Project when you want a colleague to contribute to the evaluation. Use Request Answers when you want a vendor to fill in gaps or correct what the AI misread.
