When AI suggestions appear
AI suggestions surface in three main moments during specification work:
While drafting a new specification. Procright analyzes the category you are buying (SIEM, EDR, ERP, etc.) and proposes standard sections and missing requirements.
After uploading an existing document. Procright reads your file, identifies the structure, and suggests items you may want to add or clarify.
Before finalizing the spec. Procright flags inconsistencies, ambiguous phrasing, and items without clear evaluation criteria.
What gets suggested
Suggestions are grouped into four types:
Missing requirements. Categories or items commonly included in similar specifications that are absent from your draft.
Clarifications. Rewording proposals for requirements that are vague or open to interpretation.
Weight proposals. Default priority levels based on how critical the item typically is in your category.
Compliance cross-checks. Indicators when a requirement should reference a regulation or standard (KVKK, GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.).
Accepting, editing, or dismissing
For every AI suggestion, you have three options:
Accept — add the item to your specification as proposed.
Edit — modify the wording, scope, or priority before adding.
Dismiss — remove the suggestion from view.
Dismissed suggestions are not permanently hidden. You can review the full suggestion list at any time from the specification's AI panel.
Good to know
AI output is a starting point, not a final draft. A few practical reminders:
Always review suggestions with someone who understands the category.
Weights proposed by AI are defaults. Your team should adjust them to reflect actual priorities.
If a suggestion references a regulation, confirm with your legal or compliance team before treating it as authoritative.
Customer content uploaded to Procright is not used to train general AI models without your explicit written consent.
