How service discovery works?
Service discovery lists potential service providers for your specification in a single view — there is no multi-step ranking sequence. Provider firmographics appear directly in the results so you can evaluate candidates at a glance.
Opening discovery
When your service specification is ready, click the discovery action button to open the service discovery page. The results list fills as providers matching your category and region are surfaced.
A Region filter is preset to your country. A search bar lets you filter by name or keyword.
What you see for each provider
Each row shows the key facts about a provider:
Service provider — company name, logo, and short description.
Contact — phone and email.
Social media — links to LinkedIn, X, and Facebook where available.
Founded — year and tenure (for example 2006 · 20 yrs).
Growth — month-over-month and year-over-year percentages.
Click a row to expand it and see full firmographics.
The provider detail panel
Expanding a row reveals two information blocks:
General info — SIC code, NAICS code, founding year, supported languages, revenue band, and LinkedIn UID.
Contact channels — phone, website, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook with direct links.
Use this panel to decide whether to include the provider in the comparison.
Moving to comparison
Select the providers you want to carry forward and click Compare Service to move them into the comparison table. You can always come back and add more providers later.
