Responding to a specification

When you receive a Procright invitation to respond to a specification, you fill out the form through a private link. A Procright account is not required.

Opening the invitation

Your invitation link opens a welcome page showing the requester's workspace, the specification name, an estimate such as "9 items included · About 4 minutes", and a Start Answering button.

The page is scoped to you. Only the specification and the product or service you were invited against are visible.

Answering requirements

Each requirement is shown with a category label, item number (for example 1.1.1), and the full text. You select one of four labels:

  • Yes — the requirement is met.

  • No — the requirement is not met.

  • Partially — the requirement is met with limitations you should explain.

  • Conflict — the product or service you offer conflicts with the requirement.

Press the keyboard shortcut or click the option. If your answer matches the AI's suggestion (shown as a small "AI: Yes" hint next to one of the options), an optional 100-character comment field appears. Press Enter or click OK to submit.

When your answer differs from the AI

If your answer differs from the AI's suggestion, an orange notice appears: "AI's answer: X — Source analysis disagreement detected."

The comment field becomes required and is labelled "Your reason for disagreeing with AI". The button changes to Confirm and Continue. Briefly explain why you evaluated it differently. This context helps the buyer trust your answer.

Moving through the form

The categories sidebar on the left shows the entire specification; completed items have a green check. The progress bar and counter at the top show which item you're on and the completion percentage.

The up and down arrows at the bottom right move between items. You can skip ahead and come back later — your progress is saved automatically.
