Share All vs Share Section

When sharing a specification, you can share the entire document or limit access to a single category. Choosing the right scope keeps sensitive sections out of the wrong hands.

Share All

Share All grants access to every category in the specification. Use it when the invited person or supplier needs the full context — for example a colleague working on the evaluation end-to-end, or a supplier responding to every requirement.

Share Section

Share Section grants access to one specific category only. Other categories are hidden from the invited person.

Use it when you want targeted input — for example asking a security lead to review only the compliance category, or asking a vendor to answer only the integrations section.

Choosing between them

Default to Share All for team members who own the evaluation. Use Share Section when inviting specialists or external reviewers who should only see the part relevant to them.
