Sending invitations to suppliers

After verification, invitations let you fill gaps in the comparison table. Suppliers and service providers can confirm Not Found items, clarify Partial ones, and correct anything the AI misread. The mechanics are slightly different between product and service specifications.

Inviting a supplier for a product specification

From the comparison view, click the Share icon in the bottom toolbar and switch to the Request Answers tab.

  • Select Product — pick the product whose supplier you want to reach. The dropdown lists every product currently in the table.

  • Enter Email — type the supplier's email and click Invite. Procright sends a private, scoped link.

  • Share Link — copy the same link manually if you prefer to send it through your own channel.

Suppliers don't need a Procright account. They open the link, answer your requirements, and their progress is saved automatically.

Bulk invites for service specifications

Service specifications support bulk invitations. Click Invite Service Providers to open the bulk dialog.

For each provider you have three options:

  • Select contact — If Procright has collected contacts for the company, a searchable list opens with names and role labels. Pick one or more.

  • Add contact — If no contact is on file, paste emails separated by commas.

  • No email available — If the provider has no contact data, use Invite by email at the bottom, or share the provider-specific link through your own channel.

The Shared with section controls visibility (Only invited or Anyone with the link). Click Send invitation — Procright dispatches all emails at once, each link scoped to the correct provider.

Tracking invitation status

Each recipient shows a status badge after the invitation is sent:

  • Sent — the email has been dispatched; no interaction yet.

  • Opened — the recipient clicked through to the response form.

  • In progress — the recipient has started answering; progress is saved.

  • Completed — the response has been submitted and can be pulled into the table.

  • Expired — the invitation window closed without a response.

  • Cancelled — you revoked the invitation.

You can copy the shared link to resend via another channel, or cancel an invitation if needed.
