Creating your first specification
Set up your workspace, create a folder, and start your first specification.
Every evaluation in Procright starts with a specification. It defines what you're buying and becomes the basis for discovery and comparison — and later, for collecting supplier responses.
Create a workspace and folder
From the left menu, create a new Workspace. You can use your team name or create a separate Workspace for experiments. Then open My Specifications and create a folder.
Ways to create a specification
From inside a folder, choose one of three methods:
Create AI-Powered Specification — Describe your need in natural language and let the assistant generate the requirements.
Create Manual Specification — Define the requirements from scratch.
Create from Template — Start from a prepared template for a common category.
To upload or merge existing specifications, use the Upload/Merge Specification flow.
