How Procright works?

Procright manages procurement across three stages: Specification, Discovery, and Comparison.

Each stage addresses a different need. You prepare a specification, find suitable options, compare them, and optionally collect responses from suppliers.

Specification

Specification is the stage where you turn a procurement need into requirements.

You can create a specification in three ways:

  • Manually — Define requirements from scratch.

  • With AI — Describe your need in natural language and let the assistant generate requirements.

  • From a template — Start from a prepared template for a common category.

The specification becomes the basis for both discovery and comparison.

Discovery

Discovery is the stage where you find products or service providers that match the specification.

Procright considers the specification content, the selected region, and relevant market signals to surface options that fit your procurement context.

Comparison

Comparison is the stage where you evaluate options against the same specification.

Procright analyses technical datasheets, web pages, PDF documents, YouTube videos, and other accessible sources. Results are shown as Yes, Partial, No, or Not Found — each backed by a source or analysis rationale.

You can also collect direct responses from suppliers or service providers. Incoming responses are added to the comparison results, and the outcome can be shared as a report.
